New Appointment - Lucy Woolway (Head Of Talent)

With this in mind, we are delighted to announce the first key cornerstone in our next phase of growth.
Lucy Woolway has been appointed as Head of Talent, a role which will be fundamental to three key areas of our business;
1 - Learning & development - The growth and development of our loyal, dedicated Hoopies is paramount
2 - Talent management - The internal recruitment of the Hoopies of the future
3 - Succession planning - We will always be a business where delivery is rewarded with opportunity
In the last 14 months, we have doubled the amount of Hoopies supported clients & candidates across the UK and we are not slowing down. We firmly believe in what we are doing, we treat our candidates & clients fairly with the respect & integrity they deserve.
