We put people first. Always.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Hoop Recruitment so far. The registration process was straightforward, well organised and explained clearly from the beginning. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently, which made the whole process feel stress-free. Megan has been especially helpful throughout. She’s approachable, supportive and always keeps me updated with opportunities that suit my availability. Her communication has been excellent, and I’ve always felt listened to and reassured. I honestly wouldn’t change anything about my experience so far, I would highly recommend anyone thinking about applying as Hoop are a reliable agency. 10/10⭐️

I had a very smooth application process with hoop education. Special mention to Carl who had been supporting my application process and now finding me work has been absolutely brilliant. Carl answers messages very efficiently and is always so helpful when answering questions. I would definitely recommend hoop education to anyone who is trying to find a really good agency. Everything is completed so smoothly and you’re always kept updated with any information! I can not fault hoop education and feel very grateful to work for a really helpful and great company.

I have recently signed up to Hoop Education Agency and dealt with Will, who has been an excellent support during the process. He has been able to guide me through the signing up process and has kept me upto date with all the information I need and how the process was going. I didn’t have to chase him for anything. He kept in contact regularly. Which was great. I can say that the process was quick and smooth and felt that I was part of the team from the day I signed up. No question was deemed silly and always answered quickly. Look forward to starting my agency career with Hoop and working alongside Will and the Team.

I have worked with Sarah Leigh over the last 8 years. In this time, she has always been available for a chat at short notice and provides a wealth of knowledge. She is personable and easy to get along with and will go the extra mile when trying to match me with the right role. I recommended Hoop to an ex- colleague and she very quickly arranged interviews and he is now working through them. Sarah will not try and shoehorn you into any role but will match your skills so that the client and you are happy. That level of integrity is rarely found 5*****

Overall I had a very positive experience working for Hoop in Cardiff Council. The set up and getting started was very easy. Sarah or others were always available for consultation and troubleshooting which was mainly about timesheets. The one thing I would sort out is the timesheet system, which seems quite clunky, slow and inflexible and that is after an apparent upgrade Getting a job in Cardiff council on an agency basis really helped me exit a difficult work situation elsewhere and has helped me build into my new permanent post. Sarah has always been very upbeat, approachable and helpful. Thanks for all your help
