Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

We’re supporting a well-respected professional services organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to join their established finance team. About the Role
You’ll lead and inspire a team of six finance professionals, overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including client ledgers and legal cashiering, management accounts, compliance, and process improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role that offers the chance to shape the way finance supports the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor and develop a well-established and high-performing finance team
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR)
- Deliver accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
- Act as a key business partner across teams, contributing to informed decision-making
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE
- Background in legal or financial services essential
- A confident leader who enjoys managing
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and adding value
