What You’ll Be Doing- Assisting the Marketing Executive in creating content and developing marketing materials.
- Managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Supporting the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Writing and editing case studies, success stories, and internal communications.
- Assisting in organising and attending events to promote the organisation’s services.
- Supporting the production and delivery of electronic newsletters and communications.
- Ensuring consistency and brand protection across all marketing initiatives.
- Assisting with marketing administrative tasks as required.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing (internships or work experience welcome).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A good understanding of social media trends, tools, and platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, creative, and self-motivated mindset.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- CIM qualifications or equivalent.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or digital design tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
- Fluent in Welsh (written and spoken).
