The Role As a Document Control Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and overseeing document management systems that drive efficiency and compliance across multiple projects. You will work closely with teams to ensure seamless collaboration, strong governance, and continuous improvement in document control.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and improve document control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee and develop document management systems to enhance efficiency and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless access to accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, integrating technology to improve document control processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams to uphold best practices in document management.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a Document Control Manager or in a similar senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems, compliance standards, and best practices (ISO 9001, BIM, EDMS).
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, with a passion for process improvement.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and projects.
  • Experience with digital document management tools and systems.
