The suitable candidate will be expected to deliver a high quality social work service to children and young people who are deemed vulnerable or needing support. They will need to work with the citizen, carers and families to provide support and to develop resilience and independence, ensuring that the citizen, families and carers are at the centre of decision making about their lives and the outcomes that they want to achieve.
The assignment is for 37HPW, Monday – Friday. There is an expectation that candidate lives locally or with in a commutable distance as the position is located in Conwy County. The worker will work from the office – Abergele Clinic, Abergele, Conwy. The assignment is expected to last approximately 12 weeks with potential to be extended.

- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
