Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking to make a difference in a dynamic secondary school environment? We’re currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic teachers to support schools in the Cardiff area.

The Role:
  • Position: Teacher of Maths

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday - Flexibile/Temporary

  • Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons to students from Year 7 to Year 11, following an established scheme of work with room for creative input in lesson planning, assessment, and marking.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver structured, engaging Maths lessons that meet a range of learning needs

  • Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, confidence, and problem-solving

  • Assess and monitor student progress through a variety of methods including classwork, quizzes, and formal exams

  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to support student growth and understanding

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and resources

  • Incorporate technology and real-life applications to bring mathematical concepts to life

What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related subject

  • Recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff

  • A flexible, creative teaching approach that meets the needs of all learners

  • A genuine passion for maths and for helping students succeed
