Description
Hoop Professional Services & HR are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading professional services organisation in South Wales to recruit an Organisational Design Lead. This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced HR professional to drive transformational change and restructures, working closely with senior leadership and the board.  

This role offers a competitive salary starting at £55,000, alongside an enhanced benefits package. You will be joining a well-respected professional services organisation at a crucial time, with the opportunity to lead high-impact change and influence business transformation at a senior level. The position is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend based on business needs.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead organisational design and restructure initiatives to support business strategy.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and the board to drive transformational change.
• Provide expert employee relations support during restructures and organisational change.
• Manage the end-to-end restructure process, from consultation to implementation.
• Coach and support line managers through change.
• Deliver practical, hands-on HR solutions in a fast-moving environment.  

What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

• Extensive HR experience with a focus on organisational design, restructures, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management, confident in engaging at board level.
• Expertise in employee relations, particularly in restructuring scenarios.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach, balancing strategy with operational delivery.
• A track record of leading change in fast-paced environments.
