We are currently seeking Welsh-speaking Learning Support Assistants to join our supply team, covering full-time or day-to-day placements.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants who are fluent in Welsh. This role offers the opportunity to work in various educational settings, providing vital support to students and teachers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support students with their learning and development needs.
• Adapt to different school environments and teaching styles.
• Follow school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Welsh is essential.
• Experience working in a school or related experience in other sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
