Social Worker - Complex Intervention and Treatment Team (CITT)
Bath
Pay rate £38 per hour Umbrella company
A Qualified Social Worker is required on a full time basis to join the CITT on behalf of Bath & North East Somerset Council. This position will initially run initial for 3 months but likely to continue and be based at Bath NHS House. Pay rate for this role is £38 Umbrella.
In this position you will be predominantly working with clients with older adults with mental health needs such as Alzheimer's, dementia etc. You will need to hold significant mental health experience with older adults. You will be working in a multi professional team. You will need to have an understanding of the Care Programme Approach and a solid understanding of the MHA and MCA. Understanding of the Care Act is essential. You will be working autonomously in this position.
To apply for this role, you will need to hold -
- A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
- A relevant Social Work Qualification
- Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
- 3 Years of referencing
- Driving license with access to a car
