This Assistant Estate Surveyor position offers an exciting opportunity to expand your skills, take on diverse responsibilities, and contribute to the success of a growing property portfolio. Based in Cardiff, you’ll play a key role in lease negotiations, stakeholder management, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage lease key dates, rent reviews, and renewals to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and agents to drive successful negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
  • Resolve property issues efficiently in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Review and challenge service charges and invoices, securing refunds where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate property records to ensure compliance and streamlined processes.
Who You Are:

  • Degree-qualified in Real Estate or a related field, with some experience in property management.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • A strong communicator who builds trust and collaborates effectively.
  • Driven to grow your skills, with a desire to pursue RICS qualification.
