Description
Hoop Recruitment is seeking passionate, adaptable Qualified Teachers to join our dedicated team, providing cover for schools across Pembrokeshire. As part of our supply teacher pool, you will play a crucial role in supporting schools on both short-term and long-term bases, with new opportunities starting after half-term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality teaching across a variety of subjects and key stages as required.
  • Ensure that lesson plans and learning objectives are delivered effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism to represent yourself and Hoop Recruitment well, creating opportunities for future placements.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience in primary or secondary education is preferred, but flexibility to teach across key stages is highly valued.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage with students quickly.
  • Flexibility to take on short notice assignments and willingness to travel to schools across Pembrokeshire.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the highest teaching standards.
