- Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? Hoop Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team for supply positions in schools across the Milford Haven cluster of schools in Pembrokeshire.

Role Overview:
As a Supply Teaching LSA, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers and supporting students with their educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Assisting with classroom management and organization.
- Helping to prepare teaching materials and resources.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting learners.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or related fields are a plus.
