We have an exciting vacancy for an experienced caretaker to provide support to school grounds in Bridgend:
School Caretaker:
Experience in a similar role is essential.
The position of Caretaker offers an interesting and varied role for a person who has the appropriate skills, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to work.
The role of Caretaker plays a vital part to ensure the smooth and efficient day to day operation of the campuses in order to provide learners and staff with the best possible learning environment to fulfil their potential. This is a physical, multi-skilled role with a lot of outdoor work – whatever the weather!
All qualified applicants that register and work with Hoop will:
· Be paid a competitive daily rate.
· Be allocated a specialist education consultant with extensive experience in the profession, who will work closely with you to identify opportunities for continued professional development
· Have access to our in-house training facility where you will have the opportunity to complete certified courses such as Positive Behaviour Management (Breakaway and Restraints), Classroom Management and Learning Strategies and Autism Awareness. You will also be given direct access to our online training platform where you can complete a range of specialised e-modules.
This placement may run until the end of the academic year.
