Hoop Education enjoy long-standing relationships with the Secondary Schools throughout Cardiff and are currently recruiting for passionate Welsh Speaking Learning Support Assistants to work on a flexible, supply basis. Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 6 months relevant experience (working with children or vulnerable adults) which can be referenced
  • Have a valid, enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to get one)
  • Be registered (or willing to register) with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
  • Be a passionate practitioner with the desire to improve the education outcomes for all pupils
  • Have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Be able to support and promote the ethos of the school
