Description
Hoop Education Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Agency Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Pembrokeshire. This position will involve supporting a Foundation Phase class on a 5-day week basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the teacher and students within the Foundation Phase class.
  • Assist with the implementation of educational programs and activities.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who require additional support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the class.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, particularly within an educational setting.
  • Possession of an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
  • Availability for an immediate start.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
