Hoop PS&HR are excited to present a rare opportunity in the market. We have partnered with a forward-thinking, highly desirable organisation in South Wales who is seeking a talented HR professional with specialist EDI experience to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of EDI objectives and strategies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and design processes to enhance EDI throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Monitor progress, analyse EDI data, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on EDI best practices to internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain, update, and enforce policies and procedures related to EDI practices.
  • Attend relevant networking events and promote EDI engagement and communication within the workplace.
  • Deliver training on EDI best practices, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align EDI initiatives with the overall people strategy.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A genuine passion for promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Extensive experience working in a role focused on EDI initiatives.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience is essential.
  • Natural ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
  • You are approachable, hardworking, and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
