Are you a qualified Additional Learning Needs Teacher looking for either part time or long-term work?
Have you had previous experience working with Additional Learning Needs pupils?
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Additional Learning Needs Teacher to work within specialist schools in Rhondda Cynon Taff and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining classroom discipline in line with the school discipline policy.
- Building rapport between yourself and pupils.
- Supporting pupils as they undertake work in line with the national curriculum priorities.
- Promoting the school ethos and adhering to all school policies and procedures.
- Working closely with all school colleagues and under direction of the school leadership team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of working in an ALN setting.
- Experience working with ALN pupils of all abilities.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying classroom environments.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on different teaching assignments within the Cardiff area.
