Job Type: Part-Time

About the Role:
Are you a people person with a knack for organisation? We're looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join our team in Cardiff. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming environment while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and inviting smile.
  • Answering phone calls and helping with customer enquiries.
  • Booking and managing appointments to keep schedules on track.
  • Handling payments and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Working Hours:

  • Monday mornings: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
  • Tuesday mornings: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
  • Plus additional hours as needed—perfect if you’re looking for some flexibility!
What We’re Looking For:

  • A great communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys supporting others.
  • Experience in a similar role is a bonus but not essential—enthusiasm and a can-do attitude!
