Gemma was extremely helpful throughout, always available to answer any questions and making sure everything was clear. The support I received was excellent, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were in finding shifts that suited me. I've only been with Hoop since end of August mainly dealing with Carl and Bethan. The level of communication is brilliant! They're always ready and available if you need anything, made signing up super easy and I've had work every week so far. I couldn't recommend them more!!
